Merchant Operations Manual

TRAX Merchant Portal: A Plain Guide to the Sonic Seller Portal

How sellers use the Sonic portal to book parcels, print airway bills, ask for pickups and follow their parcels, plus what to confirm with TRAX.

What Is the TRAX Merchant Portal?

TRAX sellers manage their parcels online through the Sonic seller portal. Instead of filling in paper forms by hand, you enter orders on the website and follow them from booking to delivery.

TRAX says the Sonic platform can book parcels automatically, print airway bills in bulk and keep tracking updated for your store.

TRAX has not published a full list of portal screens, so the steps below stick to what TRAX has confirmed. Ask TRAX for help with anything on your own account.

What You Can Do in the Portal

1. Book Parcels

Enter each order’s name, address, phone number and cash on delivery amount. Check every detail before you book, because mistakes can lead to failed deliveries.

2. Print Airway Bills

Every parcel needs a printed airway bill with a barcode that can be scanned. TRAX says you can create airway bills in bulk, which saves time on busy days.

3. Book Pickups

Book pickups in the portal. For same-day collection, book before 3:00 PM. Riders collect between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM on working days.

4. Follow Your Parcels

Each booking gets a tracking number made of letters and numbers. Use it to follow the parcel and share it with your buyer.

A Simple Daily Routine

Many sellers follow a routine like this each working day:

Step 1: Enter Your Orders

Add the day’s orders in the portal, or let your connected store send them for you.

Step 2: Check the Details

Check each buyer’s full name, mobile number, city, full address and cash amount before booking.

Step 3: Book Before 3:00 PM

Book your parcels and your pickup before 3:00 PM if you want them collected the same day.

Step 4: Print Airway Bills and Hand Over

Print an airway bill for each parcel and stick it on firmly. When the rider comes, check the parcel count and sign the dispatch sheet.

When a Delivery Fails

A failed delivery with cash on delivery costs you money. When tracking shows a missed delivery:

  • Read the status: Look at the latest status, such as the buyer’s phone being off or the buyer asking for another day.
  • Call the buyer: Call the buyer to confirm the address, a nearby landmark or another phone number.
  • Contact TRAX: Contact TRAX on (021) 111-118-729 or info@slgtrax.com with the tracking number and ask for another delivery try before the parcel is sent back.

Staff Access and Store Connections

Staff Access

We could not confirm whether the portal lets you add separate staff logins. Ask TRAX. Whatever the setup, never share your main password in chats or emails.

Connecting Your Store

To connect your online store, ask TRAX for the current set-up steps for your account. Test with a few orders before a busy sale.

Technical Account Support

For login problems, password resets or help connecting your store, contact TRAX. Its contact details are on our TRAX Helpline Directory.
