1. Proprietary Rights & DMCA Compliance

TraxTracking.pk operates as an independent tracking helper for online merchants and consumers tracking parcels handled by TRAX Logistics (Trax Online Pvt Ltd). We abide by Title 17 of the United States Code, Section 512, and Pakistani intellectual property laws.

TRAX logos, COD badges, and service emblems are registered marks belonging to Trax Online (Pvt) Ltd. Their display on this site serves solely as descriptive nominative fair use for parcel identification.

3. Mandatory Evidence Package

To expedite our verification process, any formal infringement notification must contain:

• Physical or computerized signature provided by an individual with legal standing to act on the copyright proprietor's behalf.
• Specific designation of the protected literary work, parcel graphic, or guide claimed to have been copied.
• Precise uniform resource locator (URL) on TraxTracking.pk hosting the contested material.
• Complainant contact information, containing full name, postal dispatch address, mobile phone number, and active email.
• A sworn statement that the aggrieved party holds a good-faith belief that the disputed display is unauthorized by the proprietor.
• A verification executed under penalty of perjury that the claim is truthful and that you are authorized to assert it.

4. Merchant Counter-Claim Procedures

Should you believe that your uploaded tracking guide was taken down erroneously, transmit a formal counter-notification to dmca@traxtracking.pk stating:

• Your physical or authorized digital signature.
• Identification of the removed e-commerce material and its prior web location.
• A declaration under penalty of perjury confirming your good-faith conviction that removal occurred through misjudgment or blunder.
• Your complete name, street address, telephone, and agreement to submit to the appropriate legal jurisdiction.

5. Recurrent Infringer Governance

TraxTracking.pk enforces a zero-tolerance policy against persistent copyright violators and reserves the right to permanently revoke site submission privileges for repeat infringers.
