Our Mission
Checking on a parcel you are waiting for should be quick and easy. Many shoppers, cash on delivery (COD) buyers and online sellers use TRAX every day. But courier tracking pages can show short codes that are hard to understand, and they can be slow on busy sale days.
traxtracking.pk was made to help with this. It is a simple site that works well on a phone. It shows the latest status, explains courier words in plain language and gives checked advice on delays, returns and missed deliveries.
Our aim is to help you understand what is happening with your parcel. Whether you are waiting for a phone you bought online or an important document, our guides explain each step from booking to your door.

To be clear, here is what this independent TRAX tracker does not do:
- We do not run sorting hubs, delivery vans or TRAX offices.
- We cannot change your address or phone number, and we cannot give orders to TRAX staff.
- We never collect or handle TRAX COD cash or seller payments.
- We cannot accept or review claims for lost parcels on behalf of TRAX.

How We Check Our Facts
We only publish TRAX facts we can match to an official TRAX source, such as its helpline number, its head office address in Korangi, Karachi, and its working days. If we cannot confirm something, we leave it out or say that it is not confirmed. We review our facts every few months.
