TRAX Delivery Coverage & City Network in Pakistan
Where TRAX delivers, where its main hubs are and how to check that your own address is covered.
How Far TRAX Reaches
TRAX says it delivers to more than 400 destinations in Pakistan. This includes big cities and smaller towns. TRAX delivers from Monday to Saturday, and normal home deliveries do not run on Sundays.
The 400+ figure is for the whole network. It does not promise that every street, village or service is covered. TRAX has not published a full list of places, so check your own address before you book or buy.
Main Hubs: Karachi (Korangi), Lahore, Islamabad
TRAX names three main hubs. Parcels are sorted at hubs before they move on towards the delivery city:
Location: Plot 104, Sector 23, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi. This is also the TRAX head office.
Location: Lahore. TRAX lists Lahore as one of its main hubs. We could not confirm the exact address.
Location: Islamabad. TRAX lists Islamabad as one of its main hubs. We could not confirm the exact address.
What Affects Delivery Time
TRAX has not published delivery times for each route. These are the things that usually make a difference:
Same City
Check with TRAXWhen sender and receiver are in the same city, the parcel usually travels a shorter route. Ask TRAX how long it takes in your city.
Nearby Cities
Check with TRAXA parcel between nearby cities, such as Lahore and Gujranwala, has a short trip, but it still passes through a hub. We could not confirm a set time.
Between Provinces
Check with TRAXA parcel between big cities in different provinces, such as Karachi and Lahore, travels further. The time depends on the route and the day it is booked.
Smaller Towns
Check with TRAXSmaller towns and faraway areas can take longer to reach. Parcels booked on a Saturday, or before a holiday or Eid, will also wait for the next working day.
Cash on Delivery (COD) in Different Areas
Many online shoppers pay cash on delivery (COD). The buyer pays the rider when the parcel arrives.
Where COD Works
We could not confirm whether COD is available at every one of the 400+ destinations. Sellers should check this with TRAX before offering COD to buyers in a small town.
Payments to Sellers
We also could not confirm how or when TRAX pays COD money to sellers. Ask TRAX for the payment terms of your account.
How to Check an Address Before You Book
Before you accept an order for a small town or village, check that TRAX can deliver there:
1. Ask Through the Sonic Seller Portal
Sellers book parcels in the Sonic seller portal. If you are not sure a place is covered, check when you book or ask TRAX support before you promise delivery.
2. Call Customer Support
Call the TRAX helpline on (021) 111-118-729 or email info@slgtrax.com. Give the full address and ask whether TRAX delivers to the door or whether the parcel must be collected from a nearby office.
